Working closely with the organisers, we designed a tailored production setup that ensured high-quality audio clarity for screenings, speeches, and Q&A sessions, alongside carefully balanced lighting that enhanced the atmosphere without distracting from the films themselves. In addition, we introduced a subtle scenting system throughout the venue, creating a rustic bar-style aroma that helped build a more immersive and memorable environment for attendees.

The event also required a flexible video solution, including projection and screen setup, ensuring that all films were presented with clarity and consistency throughout the festival. Beyond the core production elements, Owen Productions supplied and managed power distribution across the entire site, supporting not only the technical infrastructure but also the bar and independent stall holders, ensuring safe and reliable power throughout the event.
